How we pick
Four rules every product, offer and guide on Trovly follows.
How products are selected
An editor has to name the everyday problem a product solves. If we can't, it doesn't go on the site. Popularity alone isn't a reason.
How offers are added
Editors add offers by hand. Each one shows the price the editor saw and the date they noted it. We don't track prices, so we never claim a saving, and prices we haven't re-checked in a week are hidden.
How affiliate links work
Some merchant links pay us a small commission. You pay the same price. Commission never decides what we feature or how we describe it.
How products are reviewed
Where we've tested a product, we say how. Where we haven't, we say that too. We list the downsides on every page.
